Envy Nails & Spa Store Policies
1. Appointments
Appointments are highly recommended to guarantee availability. We accept appointments in person, via phone, or through our online booking system.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth and timely service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or offer a shorter service based on availability.
3. Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments (such as Apple Pay Cash App or Venmo)
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is greatly appreciated for exceptional service.
4. Health & Safety
If you have any medical conditions (e.g., infections, allergies, or injuries to your nails or skin), please inform your technician before starting your service.
For your safety, we sanitize all equipment and tools after each use. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
5. Nail Art & Design
Nail art is available at an additional cost, depending on the complexity of the design.
Please bring reference photos for custom nail art designs. We will do our best to replicate your desired look, but results may vary based on your nail shape and condition.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for any service or product in the salon.
We are not responsible for any lost gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Refunds & Returns
All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will offer a complimentary fix or adjustment.
8. Children & Companions
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times.
If you wish to bring a companion, please note that they must also book an appointment if they wish to receive a service.
9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in the salon. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
10. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used for gift card purchases.
